Liminal Life is my offering in service to the world.
An invitation for personal wellbeing and collective transformation.

Combining yoga and Ayurveda, values and strengths based education, deep ecology practices, group work facilitation, retreat experiences, program design and delivery - I work from a
heart-centred approach and in a holistic manner with individuals and organisations - ensuring the head, heart and hands are all engaged in ‘doing the work’ of whole-of-being
health and wellness.
I am passionate about assisting others to transform their lives so they can live out their true potential and in so doing, positively impact the lives of others and the world around them.

Current Classes
Yin Yoga
Yin yoga and restorative practices help you relax deeply by offering long-hold and resting poses which allow the body to open slowly. We work with the connective tissue and fascia throughout the body to bring more flexibility and suppleness and go inwards to help quieten the mind. Suitable for all levels.

Slow Flow
A gentle flowing class based on the principles of Vinyasa and Ayurveda Yoga designed to bring balance to the body, mind and soul.
Classes will incorporate a slower-paced flow sequence, balance and mat based poses as well as breathing and mindfulness exercises.
