Slow Flow Yoga
A gentle flowing class based on the principles of Vinyasa and Ayurveda Yoga designed to bring balance to the body,
mind and soul. Classes incorporate a slower-paced flow sequence, balance and mat based poses as well as
breathing and mindfulness exercises.
Prenatal Yoga
Prenatal yoga strengthens the body in preparation for birth, calms the mind and relieves aches, pains and stress. It also encourages optimal maternal positioning to create space for baby during labour and allows you to practise softening and breathing in preparation for a beautiful birth. The classes are suitable for absolute beginners through to seasoned yogis.
Yin Yoga
Yin yoga and restorative practices help you relax deeply by offering long-hold and resting poses which allow the body to open slowly. We work with the connective tissue and fascia throughout the body to bring more flexibility and suppleness and go inwards to help quieten the mind. Suitable for all levels
Kids + Teen Yoga
a safe, supportive and nurturing space for young people to gather, move, deepen awareness of their body and mind and grow and share with peers. Our gentle yoga + teen wellbeing classes help teens explore aspects of physical health and mental wellbeing and offer an opportunity to relax and unwind, build strength and flexibility and connect with other young people in the area. We cover a range of health and wellbeing topics in these sessions and are open to ideas and input from young people themselves to help make them relevant, interesting and effective.
Mums & Bubs Yoga
A beautiful opportunity to connect with self, your baby and our growing community of new mamas!
Mums & Bubs yoga classes are gentle and accommodating to new mothers’ needs – incorporating gentle movement, strengthening and stretching with mindfulness and breathing practices to help give you a little TLC.
