Winter Wellness Gathering

You're invited to join us for a special ~ Winter Wellness Gathering ~

The winter solstice (the shortest day and the longest night of the year) is a great time to invite in a little deeper reflection and quiet contemplation, to check in on your inner world, to ask if your needs are truely being met and to spend some time nurturing and nourishing yourself.

The evening will offer an opportunity for you to Gather in the company of kindred souls looking to align more closely and intuitivly with the natural cycles of life. 

Our evening together will look like...

gentle yin yoga to provide space to connect with the body, breath + mind as we find shapes to help stretch, move and unlock stuck energy and emotions within the body

guided yoga nidra a beautiful form of meditation to bring deep rest to the whole self

self reflection + sharing cirlce to examine where in your life you could find a little more self-nourishment and/or self-love, with tips for Ayurvedic diet and lifestyle practices to help balance winter energy

chai + chat to finish our time together feeling deeply connected and warmed from the inside out

~ when we make a committment to "fill up our own cup" 

we simultaneously grow our capacity to hold, 

nurture, grow and care for others around us ~

This workshop will be lead by Alicia Crawford Bell ~ Ali is a yoga teacher, Ayurvedic practitioner and massage therapist bringing together a range of disciplines and styles including Vinyasa, Yin + Pre and Post Natal Yoga, studies in Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy and holistic health. She also works as an environmental educator facilitating deep ecology and nature connection workshops and is a mama to two beautiful souls. She is passionate about assisting others to transform their lives so they can positively impact the lives of those around them.
