A therapeutic full body massage with warm herbal oils selected just for you based on your unique body type (dosha) and any issues or ailments your are currently experiencing. An Ayurvedic Abhyanga massage is a special experience designed to help you deeply relax and nourish your body + mind. Using the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and knowledge of marma points (energy points) we work across the whole body to relax the muscles, calm the nervous system, unblock and move energy and bring greater balance and wellness to your whole self. Go home feeling like a new you!
