A therapeutic full body massage with warm herbal oils selected just for you based on your unique body type (dosha) and any issues or ailments your are currently experiencing. An Ayurvedic Abhyanga massage is a special experience designed to help you deeply relax and nourish your body + mind. Using the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and knowledge of marma points (energy points) we work across the whole body to relax the muscles, calm the nervous system, unblock and move energy and bring greater balance and wellness to your whole self. Go home feeling like a new you! Benefits of an Abhyanga Marma massage may include: - reduce stress + calm nervous system - relax muscles + ease tension in the body - bring relief for joint related issues such as arthritis - calm the mind + clear negative energy or emotions - calm restlessness and improve sleep related issues such as insomnia - detoxify + revitalise internal systems of the body - rejuvenate tired, dry, dehydrated skin - relieve skin related issues such as eczema, psoriasis and dermatitis - increase flow of vital energy (prana) throughout the body - bring greater balance to the whole self - body + mind + heart + soul 60min session (allow 75mins total for appointment) *Covid-safe protocols and practices in place.
