Service Description

Indulge in a moment of pure bliss with a deeply relaxing Ayurvedic Mukha + Shiro Abhyanga - massage of the head, neck and face. We start with a scalp massage utilising a range of massage techniques including pressure to key marma (energy) and acupressure points, then move to the neck, shoulders and décolletage to help ease away tight or sore tension areas. This is followed by a delicious facial massage designed to deeply relax and rejuvenate. Add an optional hair treatment using traditional Ayurvedic oils to leave your hair strong, vital and shining. Benefits of Abhyanga Head and Facial Massage: - ease stress + remove tension from neck and shoulders - reduce the severity and occurrence of headaches and migraine - increase circulation of the skin to improve brightness and clarity of complexion on the face and décolletage - increase strength and vitality of hair - bring greater balance to the whole self - body + mind + heart + soul Please note I currently only work part-time due to yoga teaching and mama responsibilities - if the times listed through the online booking platform don't work for you please be in touch and we can find something else that is suitable.
