Release tension, ease aches and pains and melt away stress with our beautiful Relaxation Massage. A relaxation massage is a wonderful opportunity to give yourself (or someone you love) the gift of healing touch. Designed as a full body experience - we work head to toe utilising a range of massage techniques to gently take you to a place of total relaxation. Relax. Replenish. Unwind. Benefits of a Relaxation Massage may include: - ease muscles aches and release tension in the body - bring calm to a restless body + mind - reduce stress - rebalance an overactive brain or stimulated nervous system - improve quality of sleep - balance doshas and vital energy in the body - bring greater health & wellbeing to the whole self - body + mind + heart + soul 60min session (allow 75mins total for appointment) *Covid-safe protocols and practices in place. Please note I currently only work part-time due to yoga teaching and mama responsibilities - if the times listed through the online booking platform don't work for you please be in touch and we can find something else that is suitable.
