This treatment is especially supportive during the colder months to help reduce excess Vata + Kapha dosha, bringing warmth, vitality, and deep replenishment to body and mind. ~ Like a warm hug on a cold day ~ Traditional dry body brushing (garshana) helps to lift excess kapha dosha (earth + water elements) whilst warm oil application helps to balance vata dosha (air + either elements) making this a perfect treatment for the colder winter months.
