A nurturing & nourishing full body massage for the new mama in her own home (at home or in clinic).
Service Description
Massage in the postpartum period is highly revered and brings many benefits including enhancing relaxation, encouraging faster postpartum healing, supporting the development of mother-baby bond, reducing pain, discomfort, inflammation, swelling, water retention post birth. Traditional Ayurvedic postpartum care teaches that massage is essential for healing for a new mama. Beginning with a thorough consultation and plenty of time to hear about your pregnancy, labour and birth journey, warm herbalised oils + botanical essences will be selected based on your unique constitution and health and emotional wellbeing needs. A head-to-toe massage with particular focus on the pelvis + abdominal region and any tight/sore areas is completed in the comfort of your own home or at one of my beautiful treatment spaces *i am more than happy for bubs to come along to the appointment if needed In-home treatment - $180 In clinic - $160 (Aireys Inlet or Torquay) 90min session (please note, I allow 2hrs total for for the appointment and I am more than happy to accomodate having bubs in the room if required) *I currently work part-time in clinic due to yoga teaching and mama responsibilities - if the times listed through the online booking platform don't work for you please be in touch and we can find something else that is suitable.
