Enjoy a traditional Ayurvedic Abhyanga massage with warm herbalised oils, specifically blended to help alleviate current health concerns and address imbalances present in both the physical and mental aspects of your health and wellbeing. The oils will be imbued with warming and gently invigorating spices and aromas to balance the slow, lethargy of the kapha season. Your body will be lathered in warm oil and gently massaged to encourage the oil to deeply penetrate your whole being. Ayurveda talks about seven layers of self and Abhyanga aims to reach all seven. The beautiful body treatment is then followed by a traditional Ayurvedic facial massage utilising highly revered Saffron Oil. Allow tension to melt away as the oil is gently massaged into your skin and the ancient art of mama point manipulation on the face and head opens the energetic channels for prana to flow creating balance and harmony within. Saffron is highly regarded within Ayurveda for its high levels of anti-aging antioxidants and its ability to stimulate blood circulation deep in the skin.
